What is an Indoor Plant Maintenance AMC?
It is a 12-month contract where CityMali's team visits your office on a fixed schedule to water, clean, prune, feed and check every indoor plant, and replaces plants that fail naturally. You pay a fixed rate per plant each month, so your cost is predictable.
How much does indoor plant maintenance cost per plant in Pune?
Between Rs 60 and Rs 80 per plant per month, depending on how many plants you have: Rs 80 for 20 to 99 plants, Rs 70 for 100 to 299 plants and Rs 60 for 300 or more plants. Prices are before GST.
What is included in each visit?
Watering as needed, wiping and cleaning leaves, pruning dry or damaged growth, feeding, pest and disease checks, pot and planter cleaning, and rotating plants that are not getting enough light. You also get a photo report after each visit.
How often will your team visit?
Starter plans get 2 visits a month. Business and Enterprise plans get weekly visits, and Enterprise sites also get a dedicated supervisor. We can adjust the schedule after the site visit if your space needs it.
What happens if a plant dies or looks unhealthy?
Replacement of plants that fail naturally is included, up to 10 percent of your plant count in a year. Plants damaged by people, lack of light or air-conditioning problems, and replacements beyond that limit, are quoted separately, and we tell you before we replace anything.
Do you supply the plants or only maintain them?
The AMC covers plants you already have. If you want plants supplied, ask us about Plant on Rental, and we can maintain those plants under the same contract.
How does billing and contract length work?
The AMC runs for 12 months. You are invoiced monthly in advance with a GST invoice, at the per-plant rate for your slab. The rate stays locked for the full year.
Do you also maintain outdoor and landscaped areas for businesses?
Yes. Outdoor gardens, lawns and terraces are covered under a custom AMC, quoted after a site visit. The per-plant plans on this page are for indoor plants.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation. We count your plants, check light and layout, and confirm the plan and price in writing.
